The Transcending Institutions and Communities (Transcend), Inc. is a non-stock, non-profit organization whose main goal is to provide high quality technical services responsive to the changing needs in the areas of health, population, environment, governance, policy and community development.

Transcend is  PHILGEB Platinum Member with  Registration No. 2016-161447, duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission with SEC Reg. No. CN200925841 on March 17, 2009 in Baguio City.

• Provide technical and administrative assistance in support of strategies on health, population, environment, governance, and policy advocacy.

• Develop and implement programs on capability-building and training.

• Implement programs for institutional and organizational development.

• Promote programs on community development.

• Strengthen partnerships with stakeholders and duty bearers at the community level.
